CoronaVirus

The onset of this virus has made people more aware of the necessity of having a Will. It also begs the question as to whether or not this means that Will Writing is an essential business.

Usually, to take instructions, face to face meetings are held to explain the various types of Wills and Trusts that are available and to confirm full details of the clients, proposed beneficiaries and executors in the Will.

The advised self-isolation would seem to prevent such meetings and could leave some members of the public extremely worried should they contract and even succumb to the virus.

Here at Lincoln Wills we are still prepared to take instructions either by telephone or e-mail. We will endeavour to explain all the relevant detail to you and get your documents prepared very quickly so that they can be posted to you for signature and witnessing.

This applies to both Wills and Lasting Powers of Attorney

Please keep safe and also well prepared for any eventuality
