Are You really prepared for Coved?

Provided we all follow the lockdown rules then we can assume we are doing sufficient to meet the Coved crisis

But are we prepared if we catch the virus?

If it knocks us seriously ill and we become unable to manage our affairs either financial or healthwise who will do it for us? Has anyone got the authority to act on your behalf? Have you given a Lasting power of Attorney to anyone?

If we succumb to the virus and lose our life have we made sure our wishes are known to those we leave behind? Have we made a Will and included Guardians for our children as well as stipulating how our estate should be passed on? Is all the family provided for? Have you appointed Executors to administer your estate? Have you expressed a wish for burial or cremation? Have you directed any items of particular sentimental value to specific individuals who you know will care for them?

To prepare adequately for this terrible pandemic both a Lasting Power of Attorney and a Will should be executed to ensure peace of mind.
